What to Submit
  1. Submit a word doc, PDF, or video documenting your plan.
  2. Have the plan start on and January 1st and go to December 31st, 2020.
  3. Include a breakdown of the costs of implementing your plan.
  4. Make sure it's under your budget of $5,000.

Imagine you’re a Property Manager supporting a 300 unit family-oriented apartment community in the Greater Boston area. You have a budget of $5,000 to create a program that keeps your residents happy, safe, engaged, and feeling like a community. What would you do?
